# Buchungsbericht

Exportieren Sie Ihre Termine und Buchungsdaten als Bericht, der direkt an die Admin-E-Mail Ihres Shops gesendet wird.

## Verfügbarkeitsplanung

Der Export von Berichten ist verfügbar auf **Pro** und **Premium** Tarifen.

## So exportieren Sie

#### Geplante Termine öffnen

Gehen Sie zu **Sesami > Geplante Termine** in Ihrer Shop-Administration.

#### Auf „Alle anzeigen“ klicken

Die vollständige Termineliste öffnen.

#### Einen Filter auswählen

Wählen Sie eine der folgenden Optionen aus: **Kommende**, **Alle**, **Vergangene**oder **Datumsbereich**.

#### Auf „Exportieren“ klicken

Der Bericht wird Ihnen innerhalb weniger Minuten per E-Mail an die E-Mail-Adresse Ihres Shops gesendet.

**Ratenbegrenzung:** Ein neuer Bericht kann ungefähr alle **10 Minuten**.

## Was enthalten ist

Der exportierte Bericht enthält:

* Termin-ID / Bestell-ID
* Teammitglied (Ressource)
* Produkt / Variante
* Dauer / Datum / Uhrzeit
* Name und E-Mail des Kunden
* Zahlungsstatus
* Umschreibungslink
* Check-in- / No-Show-Status
* Menge (für Gruppentermine)
* Standort (nur Admin-Portal)
* Ressource (nur Admin-Portal)

In Sesami sind **Teammitglieder ein Ressourcentyp** (Ressourcen können auch Räume, Geräte usw. sein). Der Export des Admin-Portals umfasst vollständige Felder für Ressourcen und Standorte.
