# Cancelar tu suscripción

Antes de cancelar, ponte en contacto con nosotros — puede que podamos ayudarte con lo que estés experimentando.

## Cancela tu suscripción

Si has decidido seguir adelante:

1. Ve a **Shopify > Configuración > Aplicaciones y canales de ventas**
2. Busca **Sesami** y haz clic en **Eliminar**
3. En el mensaje de confirmación, haz clic en **Eliminar**

Una vez que elimines la aplicación Sesami, tu plan se cancela.

Es posible que aún recibas un cargo después de cancelar debido a tu ciclo de facturación de Shopify. Consulta [la documentación de facturación de aplicaciones de Shopify](https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/your-account/manage-billing/your-invoice/apps) para más detalles.

## Qué ocurre después de cancelar

* **Las citas existentes no se cancelan** — las reservas ya realizadas permanecerán tal como están
* **No se envían notificaciones** — Sesami no enviará ninguna notificación a tus clientes después de desinstalarlo
* **Los datos se conservan temporalmente** — si lo reinstalas más tarde, contacta con <help@sesami.co> para obtener ayuda

## Antes de cancelar

* Exporta tus datos de reservas desde Sesami
* Sincroniza las próximas citas con Google Calendar
* Notifica a tus clientes si tienen reservas futuras
