# Período de reserva

El período de reserva ayuda a evitar reservas duplicadas al retener temporalmente **un turno de tiempo** mientras un cliente está finalizando la compra.

## Qué hace

Cuando está habilitado:

* Un turno seleccionado se convierte en **Reservado** (precompra)
* Después del pago, se convierte en **Reservado**
* Si el proceso de pago no se completa a tiempo, la reserva caduca y el turno se libera

## Cómo configurarlo

Ve a: **Sesami → Configuración → Período de reserva**

Elige uno:

* Deshabilitado
* 5 minutos
* 10 minutos
* 15 minutos
* 30 minutos
* 60 minutos

## Cuándo usarlo

Habilita esto si los clientes pueden añadir reservas al carrito y podrían pasar tiempo navegando antes de finalizar la compra.
