# Keskeytä tai jäädytä tilaus

Lähdössä lomalle, pyöritätkö kausiluonteista liiketoimintaa vai tarvitsetko vain tauon? Tässä kerrotaan, miten voit hoitaa Sesami-tilauksesi käyttökatkon aikana.

## Miten Sesamin laskutus toimii

Sesami on kolmannen osapuolen Shopify-sovellus, joten sen laskutus on **erillään Shopify-tilauksestasi**. Shopify-kauppasi keskeyttäminen tai väliaikainen sulkeminen ei **ei** keskeytä Sesamin laskutusta — laskut jatkuvat, ellet poista sovellusta.

## Vaiheet keskeyttämiseen

1. **Tallenna tietosi** — vie varaus­tietosi, palvelukonfiguraatiosi ja resurssiasetuksesi, jotta voit palauttaa ne myöhemmin
2. **Ota yhteyttä Sesamin tukeen** — ota yhteyttä <help@sesami.co> **ennen** poistamista. Käsittelemme kaikki pyynnöt yksilöllisesti ja voimme ehkä auttaa
3. **Poista Sesami** — jos tarpeen, poista sovellus laskutuksen lopettamiseksi

1. Asenna Sesami uudelleen Shopify App Storesta

3. Lisää palvelusi, resurssisi ja saatavuutesi uudelleen (tai palauta tallennetut tietosi)
4. Testaa varauspolku verkkokaupassasi
