To Cancel an Appointment for a Client
- click on the Calendar tab.
- find the appointment you want to cancel and click on it. A pop-up such as below will appear.
- click on Cancel appointment then click on Confirm.
That's it! The appointment is now cancelled on your calendar.
To Reschedule an Appointment for a Client
The process for rescheduling an appointment is nearly the same as for cancelling.
- click on the Calendar tab.
- find the appointment you want to cancel and click on it. A pop-up such as below should appear.
- click on Reschedule / Reassign.
- The pop-up for rescheduling appears.
- Select the new appointment date (and/or team member) and click on Reschedule Appointment on the top right of the screen.
That's it! The appointment is now rescheduled on your calendar.
