Here at Sesami, we want you to love our product the way we love it.
Sometimes, even good things come to an end. You might decide that Sesami is not the product for you after all, or you might have decided to move towards a completely different direction for your customer's needs. While we are sad to see you go, we want to make sure that you leave feeling good about your journey with us.
You can upgrade your Sesami account to the Small, Medium or Enterprise plan, try it out, and if you find that you are unsatisfied with the product, we can cancel your subscription and provide refunds for any payments within the last 30 days.
To Request a Refund or Credit
IMPORTANT: In order for a refund or credit request to be processed, the Sesami app must be INSTALLED on your Shopify account. You can downgrade to the free plan of Sesami prior to requesting a refund.
How to request a refund for your Sesami subscription:
- From your Shopify admin, go to Apps
- Find Sesami in your list of apps and click on Get Support
- Write to us your refund request and click Send Message.
