To Request a Refund or Credit
IMPORTANT INFO PART 1:
In order for a refund or credit request to be processed, the Sesami app must be INSTALLED on your Shopify account. You can downgrade to the free plan of Sesami prior to requesting a refund.
How to request a refund for your Sesami subscription:
- From your Shopify admin, go to Apps
- Find Sesami in your list of apps and click on Get Support
- Write to us your refund request and click Send Message.
The refund request must come through your Shopify store (rather than directly from your email).
Shopify Billing
IMPORTANT INFO PART 2:
Sesami is an app partner of Shopify and all subscriptions and billing goes through Shopify Billing. We can facilitate the refund or credit back to your account with Shopify support but please note that we ourselves cannot do the actual processing.
