In general using Sesami, if you wanted to change availability, you would navigate to your team member's availability section under:
Sesami > Team > [Click on the team member] > Availability
However, there might be instances where a service you provide has different hours for the team member on your account. This is where Service Hours come in.

Currently it is in beta as we pull, push, and test the code to make sure everything is working as intended for all users. Before you link your google calendar to your Sesami account, you will need to first have it activated. You can request it to be enabled in your account by navigating here:
Once you have filled out the form, we will get back to you when it's activated on your account.
How to enable Service Hours
Once activated, you can enable service hours on your account by navigating to:
Sesami > Services > [Click on the service] > Service Hours
