At the current moment, there is no way to skip the add to cart and check out process out of the box using Sesami.
Sesami is an add-on in the Shopify eco-system and as such, we follow the same workflow as all shopify stores. However, having said that, we highly recommend the Shopify workflow due the benefits for merchants in regards to customer tracking and product reporting.
