# Flexibele tijdvakken

Flexibele tijdsloten laten je het interval bepalen waarop tijdsloten worden weergegeven op je boekingskalender — los van de serviceduur.

## Wat flexibele tijdsloten doen

Standaard genereert Sesami tijdsloten op basis van de serviceduur. Met flexibele tijdsloten kies je hoe je beschikbaarheid wordt weergegeven — elke 15, 30, 45 of 60 minuten — waardoor jij en je klanten meer flexibiliteit krijgen.

**Voorbeeld:** Een service van 60 minuten met flexibele tijdsloten van 15 minuten zou het volgende tonen:

* 9:00 AM, 9:15 AM, 9:30 AM, 9:45 AM, 10:00 AM...

Zonder flexibele tijdsloten zou het alleen het volgende tonen:

* 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM, 11:00 AM...

## Flexibele tijdsloten instellen

1. Ga naar **Sesami > Services > \[selecteer een service]**
2. Scroll naar **Flexibele tijdvakken**
3. Kies je interval: **15**, **30**, **45**, of **60 minuten**
4. Klik op **Opslaan**

Het nieuwe interval geldt voor zowel de **Admin Portal** boekingsweergave als de **Online winkel** kalender.

## Wanneer flexibele tijdsloten gebruiken

* **Meer boekingsopties** — kortere intervallen geven klanten meer keuze, waardoor minder boekingen worden gemist
* **Geoptimaliseerde planning** — vul gaten in je kalender op door verspringende starttijden aan te bieden
* **Controle over overlapping van services** — gebruik dit samen met buffertijden om overgangen tussen afspraken te beheren
