# Browsercompatibiliteit

Sesami werkt het best in moderne browsers. Hier is wat u moet weten over browserondersteuning.

## Ondersteunde browsers

Sesami is geoptimaliseerd voor moderne webbrowsers:

### Volledig ondersteund

* **Google Chrome** (nieuwste versie) - Aanbevolen
* **Safari** (nieuwste versie) - Aanbevolen voor Mac en iOS
* **Microsoft Edge** (nieuwste versie, op Chromium gebaseerd) - Aanbevolen voor Windows
* **Firefox** (nieuwste versie) - Volledig ondersteund

### Mobiele browsers

* **Safari iOS** (iOS 13+) - iPhone en iPad
* **Chrome Android** (nieuwste versie) - Android-apparaten
* **Samsung Internet** (nieuwste versie) - Samsung-apparaten

## Niet-ondersteunde browsers

### Internet Explorer

**Internet Explorer wordt niet ondersteund**, inclusief IE 11.

**Waarom?**

* Internet Explorer biedt geen ondersteuning voor moderne webstandaarden
* Microsoft heeft de ondersteuning voor Internet Explorer officieel beëindigd op 15 juni 2022
* Sesami gebruikt moderne webcomponenten die actuele browserfuncties vereisen

**Alternatief**: Gebruik in plaats daarvan Microsoft Edge. Edge is sneller, veiliger en volledig compatibel met Sesami.

### Oudere browserversies

Browsers die ouder zijn dan 2 jaar kunnen compatibiliteitsproblemen hebben:

* **Verouderde Chrome/Firefox/Edge** - Update naar de nieuwste versie
* **iOS Safari < 13** - Update iOS of het apparaat
* **Android Chrome < 80** - Werk de Chrome-app bij

## Browservereisten

### Voor klanten (boekingskalender)

Om afspraken te boeken op uw storefront, hebben klanten nodig:

* **JavaScript ingeschakeld** - Vereist voor kalenderfunctionaliteit
* **Cookies ingeschakeld** - Voor sessiebeheer en het boekingsproces
* **Moderne browser** - Chrome, Safari, Edge of Firefox (nieuwste versies)

### Voor beheerders (Sesami-beheerportaal)

Om boekingen te beheren in het Sesami-beheerportaal hebben beheerders nodig:

* **PWA-compatibele browser** - Chrome, Safari, Edge of Firefox
* **JavaScript ingeschakeld** - Vereist voor de beheerinterface
* **Stabiele internetverbinding** - Voor realtime-updates
* **Schermresolutie** - Minimaal 1280x720 aanbevolen voor desktop

## Probleemoplossing

Als de kalender of het boekingsformulier niet werkt:

1. **Update uw browser** naar de nieuwste versie
2. **Schakel JavaScript en cookies in** in browserinstellingen
3. **Schakel adblockers of extensies uit** — sommige kunnen de boekingsscripts verstoren
4. **Wis de browsercache** en laad de pagina opnieuw
5. **Probeer de incognito-/privémodus** om extensieconflicten uit te sluiten
6. **Probeer een andere browser** — Chrome wordt aanbevolen

Als het probleem aanhoudt, neem contact op met <help@sesami.co> met de naam en versie van uw browser, het apparaattype en een screenshot.
