# De ervaring lokaliseren

Sesami ondersteunt meerdere talen, zodat je boekingskalender en meldingen overeenkomen met de taal van je klanten.

## De taal instellen

1. Ga naar **Sesami > Instellingen > Winkelinstellingen > Taal**
2. Selecteer je taal
3. Klik op **Opslaan**

Dit wordt vertaald:

* De boekingskalender in de winkel
* Standaard e-mailmeldingen

## Meertaligheid met Shopify Translate & Adapt

Als je winkel meerdere talen ondersteunt, vertaalt Sesami automatisch op basis van de taal die de klant selecteert.

**Zo werkt het:**

1. Installeer de [Shopify Translate & Adapt](https://apps.shopify.com/translate-and-adapt) app
2. Voeg de gewenste talen toe in Shopify
3. Sesami detecteert de door de klant geselecteerde taal en past de kalender en meldingen aan

## Meertalige meldingen met Flows

Gebruik voor meer controle over vertaalde meldingen [Sesami Flows](/help-center-live-nl/automatiseringen/sesami-flows.md) met taalvoorwaarden:

1. Maak een Flow met een **voorwaarde** op basis van de taal van de klant
2. Stel aparte e-mailacties in voor elke taal
3. De klant ontvangt de melding in de taal die hij of zij op de winkelpagina heeft geselecteerd
