# Bildirim E-postalarını Özelleştirme

Müşterilerinizin, ekip üyelerinizin ve satıcıların aldığı onay e-postalarına, özel şablonlar yazmanıza gerek kalmadan kişisel bir dokunuş ekleyebilirsiniz.

## Özelleştirebileceğiniz İki Yer

{% stepper %}
{% step %}

* Özel talimatlar
* Konum bilgisi
* Politikalar ve yanınızda getirmeniz gerekenler
* Randevu sırasında neler beklenmeli
  {% endstep %}

{% step %}

#### Etkinlik Notları (kaynak başına)

Şuraya gidin: **Sesami > Ekip / Kaynaklar > \[Bir ekip üyesi veya kaynak seçin] > Gelişmiş > Bildirimler > Etkinlik Notları**

Bu notlar, o kaynak rezerve edildiğinde onay e-postasına eklenir.

Şunlar için harika:

* Ekip üyesinden kişisel selamlamalar
* Ekibe özel talimatlar
* Dil tercihleri
  {% endstep %}
  {% endstepper %}

## İpuçları

{% hint style="info" %}

* Müşterilerin her zaman ne için rezervasyon yaptıklarını bilmeleri için hizmet ve kaynak adlandırmasını tutarlı tutun
* Canlıya geçmeden önce e-postaları hem masaüstünde hem de mobilde test edin
* Kendi e-posta adresinizle bir test rezervasyonu yaparak önizleyin
  {% endhint %}

## Daha Gelişmiş Özelleştirmeye mi İhtiyacınız Var?

Tamamen özel e-posta şablonları, hatırlatmalar, teşekkür notları ve SMS için şunu kullanın [Sesami Flows](/help-center-live-tr/otomasyonlar/sesami-flows.md) — genellikle bununla birlikte kullanılır [Klaviyo](/help-center-live-tr/otomasyonlar/sesami-flows-and-klaviyo.md) e-posta pazarlaması için.

Flows ile şunları yapabilirsiniz:

* Tamamen özel e-posta şablonları tasarlayın
* Randevu hatırlatmalarını istediğiniz zaman göndermek
* Takip ve yorum isteme e-postalarını tetikleyin
* Mevcut pazarlama yığınınızla entegre edin

{% hint style="warning" %}
Sesami Flows ekleri desteklemez, bu nedenle Flow tabanlı e-postalar varsayılan `.ics` takvim dosyasını içermeyecektir. Bkz. [Bildirim E-postaları](/help-center-live-tr/bildirimler/notification-emails.md) detaylar için.
{% endhint %}

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://help.sesami.co/help-center-live-tr/bildirimler/customizing-notification-emails.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
