# Slot flessibili

Gli Slot Flessibili ti permettono di controllare l'intervallo con cui le fasce orarie vengono visualizzate nel tuo calendario delle prenotazioni — indipendentemente dalla durata del servizio.

## Cosa fanno gli Slot Flessibili

Per impostazione predefinita, Sesami genera le fasce orarie in base alla durata del servizio. Con gli Slot Flessibili, scegli come viene visualizzata la tua disponibilità — ogni 15, 30, 45 o 60 minuti — offrendo a te e ai tuoi clienti maggiore flessibilità.

**Esempio:** Un servizio di 60 minuti con slot flessibili da 15 minuti mostrerebbe:

* 9:00, 9:15, 9:30, 9:45, 10:00...

Senza gli Slot Flessibili, mostrerebbe solo:

* 9:00, 10:00, 11:00...

## Impostazione degli Slot Flessibili

1. Vai su **Sesami > Servizi > \[seleziona un servizio]**
2. Scorri fino a **Slot flessibili**
3. Scegli il tuo intervallo: **15**, **30**, **45**, oppure **60 minuti**
4. Fai clic su **Salva**

Il nuovo intervallo si applica sia alla **Admin Portal** vista di prenotazione sia al **Negozio online** calendario.

## Quando usare gli Slot Flessibili

* **Più opzioni di prenotazione** — intervalli più brevi offrono ai clienti più scelta, riducendo le prenotazioni mancate
* **Programmazione ottimizzata** — colma i vuoti nel tuo calendario offrendo orari di inizio sfalsati
* **Controllo della sovrapposizione dei servizi** — usalo con tempi di buffer per gestire le transizioni tra appuntamenti
