# 新しいSesamiアプリと管理者ポータルを有効化する

1. "Sesami Invitation" メールは自動的にあなたの [ストアに登録されているメールアドレス](https://admin.shopify.com/settings/general/store-contact-details).
2. メールを開いて、 **アカウントを有効化**.

このエラーは、Sesami管理ポータルのユーザーが作成された後にShopifyストアのメールアドレスが変更された場合に発生することがあります。Sesamiには、管理ポータルアカウントに以前のメールアドレスが関連付けられたままになっている可能性があり、その場合、認証できなくなることがあります。

**Smallプランをご利用の場合：**\
<help@sesami.co>までご連絡ください。開発チームが古いユーザーを削除し、更新後のメールアドレスで新しいユーザーを作成できます。

**ProまたはPremiumプランをご利用の場合：**

1. 管理ポータルにサインインしてください \[<https://admin.sesami.co/>] 以前のメールアドレスを使用して。
2. ユーザーへ移動します。
