# Lokalisering av opplevelsen

Sesami støtter flere språk, slik at bookingkalenderen og varslene dine samsvarer med kundenes språk.

## Støttede språk

| Språk                   | Kode  |
| ----------------------- | ----- |
| Engelsk                 | en    |
| Fransk                  | fr    |
| Dansk                   | da    |
| Tysk                    | de    |
| Finsk                   | fi    |
| Italiensk               | it    |
| Spansk                  | es    |
| Svensk                  | sv    |
| Norsk                   | no    |
| Polsk                   | pl    |
| Brasiliansk portugisisk | pt-BR |
| Japansk                 | ja    |
| Kinesisk (forenklet)    | zh-CN |

## Slik angir du språket

1. Gå til **Sesami > Innstillinger > Innstillinger for nettbutikk > Språk**
2. Velg språket ditt
3. Klikk **Lagre**

Dette oversetter:

* Bookingkalenderen i nettbutikken
* Standard e-poster med varsler

## Flerspråk med Shopify Translate & Adapt

Hvis butikken din støtter flere språk, oversetter Sesami automatisk basert på språket kunden velger.

**Slik fungerer det:**

1. Installer [Shopify Translate & Adapt](https://apps.shopify.com/translate-and-adapt) appen
2. Legg til ønskede språk i Shopify
3. Sesami oppdager språket kunden har valgt og tilpasser kalenderen og varslingene

{% hint style="info" %}
Noen oversettelser kan kreve manuell justering. Kontakt <help@sesami.co> så kan teamet hjelpe med tilpassede oversettelser.
{% endhint %}

## Flerspråklige varsler med Flows

For mer kontroll over oversatte varsler kan du bruke [Sesami Flows](/no/automatiseringer/sesami-flows.md) med språkbetingelser:

1. Opprett en Flow med en **betingelse** basert på kundens språk
2. Sett opp separate e-posthandlinger for hvert språk
3. Kunden mottar varselet på språket de valgte i nettbutikken

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://help.sesami.co/no/booking/booking-experiences/localizing-experience.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
