# Aktiver den nye Sesami-appen og adminportalen

### Du er klar!

Når aktiveringen er fullført, får du tilgang til Admin Portal-opplevelsen og alle avanserte Sesami-funksjoner.

Du kan når som helst gå tilbake til Admin Portal direkte fra Sesami-appen.

Feilen kan oppstå når e-posten til Shopify-butikken din endres etter at brukeren i Sesami Admin Portal er opprettet. Sesami kan fortsatt ha den tidligere e-postadressen knyttet til Admin Portal-kontoen, noe som kan hindre autentisering.

Ta kontakt med oss på <help@sesami.co>, så kan utviklingsteamet vårt fjerne den gamle brukeren og opprette en ny med den oppdaterte e-postadressen din.

1. Logg inn på Admin Portal \[<https://admin.sesami.co/>] med den tidligere e-postadressen din.
2. Gå til Brukere.
3. Inviter den nye e-postadressen din som en ny bruker.
