# Slots flexíveis

Os Slots Flexíveis permitem que você controle o intervalo em que os horários são exibidos no seu calendário de agendamentos — independentemente da duração do serviço.

## O que os Slots Flexíveis fazem

Por padrão, o Sesami gera horários com base na duração do serviço. Com os Slots Flexíveis, você escolhe como sua disponibilidade é exibida — a cada 15, 30, 45 ou 60 minutos — oferecendo mais flexibilidade para você e seus clientes.

**Exemplo:** Um serviço de 60 minutos com slots flexíveis de 15 minutos mostraria:

* 9:00, 9:15, 9:30, 9:45, 10:00...

Sem os Slots Flexíveis, ele mostraria apenas:

* 9:00, 10:00, 11:00...

## Configuração dos Slots Flexíveis

1. Vá para **Sesami > Serviços > \[selecione um serviço]**
2. Role até **Intervalos flexíveis**
3. Escolha seu intervalo: **15**, **30**, **45**, ou **60 minutos**
4. Clique em **Salvar**

O novo intervalo se aplica tanto à **Portal Administrativo** visualização de agendamento quanto ao **Loja Virtual** calendário.

## Quando usar Slots Flexíveis

* **Mais opções de agendamento** — intervalos menores dão mais opções aos clientes, reduzindo agendamentos perdidos
* **Agendamento otimizado** — preencha lacunas no seu calendário oferecendo horários de início escalonados
* **Controle de sobreposição de serviços** — use com tempos de buffer para gerenciar transições entre agendamentos
