# Sessão expirada

“Sessão expirada” ou “ligação inválida” pode acontecer quando as ligações de reserva são abertas após expirar ou quando os cookies estão bloqueados.

## Causas comuns

* Ligação aberta muito mais tarde (sessão expirada)
* O navegador bloqueia cookies de terceiros
* Extensões de privacidade agressivas
* Páginas da loja em cache a apresentar dados de sessão desatualizados

#### Abrir numa janela anónima/privada

Tente abrir a ligação de reserva numa janela privada ou anónima do navegador.

#### Desativar temporariamente bloqueadores de anúncios/extensões de privacidade

Algumas extensões podem bloquear cookies ou scripts necessários para a sessão de reserva.

Limpar a cache e os cookies pode remover dados de sessão desatualizados que fazem com que a ligação seja tratada como expirada.

Tente abrir a ligação no Chrome ou Safari (ou noutro navegador móvel) para excluir definições de cookies ou privacidade específicas do navegador.

* Revise a configuração de cache do tema
* Certifique-se de que o ponto de entrada da reserva está a usar o bloco/embed atual
