# Período de reserva

O período de reserva ajuda a evitar reservas duplicadas ao **reter temporariamente um horário** enquanto um cliente está a finalizar a compra.

## O que faz

Quando ativado:

* Um horário selecionado torna-se **Reservado** (pré-compra)
* Após o pagamento, torna-se **Reservado**
* Se a finalização da compra não for concluída a tempo, a reserva expira e o horário é libertado

## Como configurá-lo

Vá para: **Sesami → Definições → Período de reserva**

Escolha um:

* Desativado
* 5 minutos
* 10 minutos
* 15 minutos
* 30 minutos
* 60 minutos

## Quando usar

Ative isto se os clientes puderem adicionar reservas ao carrinho e puderem passar algum tempo a navegar antes de finalizar a compra.
