Locations

A business that operates in more than one location, with different stores, studios, and branches. 
The Multi-Location feature is designed to make managing bookings across them seamless.

Integrated with the POS system, Multi-Location ensures smooth and efficient operations.

Creating Locations:

1. Navigate to Locations in the sidebar.

2. Click Add Location, then enter the name and relevant details.

3. The first location you create becomes the Default Location. When adding additional locations, you can choose which one should be set as the default.

Assigning Locations to a Service:

1. You can link each service to one or multiple locations.

2. Select the service you want to assign.

3. Under Locations & Resources, click Add Location.

4. Choose the appropriate location and assign any related resources.

5. Save your changes.

Customer Booking Experience:

When customers book a service, they’ll first select a location (if the service is available in more than one). This ensures their booking is routed to the correct resource with the correct availability.

Admin View:

To view and manage appointments for a specific location, use the location selector in the top menu.

Upcoming appointments and the calendar view are organized by location.
- The timezone conversion to the location’s timezone is automatically applied:

The Default Location is auto-selected. Use the "Switch" to select the Location

Rescheduling Appointments Across Locations

Moving a booked appointment from one location to another follows a process similar to rescheduling it for a different day/time, with just one additional step in between: selecting the Location!

1. Select the appointment you’d like to move.
   (You can do this either from the calendar view or from the upcoming appointment list on your dashboard.)
   

2. Click “Reschedule.”

3. In the top menu, next to the Sesami app, select the new location for the appointment.

4. Choose the appropriate resource, date, and time, then confirm the changes.
