Team Members Booking Options
Using Sesami, you can allow customers to choose their preferred team member when booking a service. To do so, navigate to:
- Sesami > Services
- Choose a service
- Under the section, "Other options", you will have the option to have the Sesami app automatically choose the team member or let customers choose.
- Book with "Any Available" team member. Customers will have a team member assigned automatically.
Quick note! If two (or more) team members have the same time availability, the assignment will be made randomly. There isn't a way to prioritize certain team members.
- Let customers choose a team member. Customers will be able to choose their preferred team member.
- Book with "Any Available" team member. Customers will have a team member assigned automatically.
Using the V2 Calendar, you will also have the option to "hide any available".
*this option isn't available on the Classic calendar.
- Online Store > Themes > Customize > Product template > Sesami booking button > enabled V2 Calendar > hide any available
**The V2 Calendar is in Closed Beta and the Sesami Dev Team must activate it on your account before you can use it.
