Adding or Removing Team Members
Adding Team Member
- Navigate to Sesami > Team
- Click on the Add Team Member button.
Removing Team Member
- Navigate to Sesami > Team
- Click on the team member you want to remove.
- Click on Advanced
- Click on the button Remove
- Type the word "Remove"
- Click again on the button Remove

This action can't be undone.
When you remove a team member, all their past and future bookings will be unassigned, and reports will no longer include their data.
To avoid losing important information, take these steps before removing a team member from the Sesami app:
- Export the booking report to keep a record of their past appointments.
- Reassign upcoming bookings to another team member to prevent gaps in scheduling.

Consider deactivating the team member instead of removing them completely, so their data remains available.
I still can't remove my team member!
If you have existing services assigned to a team member, make sure to re-assign or remove the service that is assigned. After doing this, you will be able to remove the team member.
