Setting Up Google Calendar with Sesami
*Your email must be a 'Gmail' to proceed
Enabling Google Calendar Sync
You can enable your Google Calendar sync by navigating to:
Team > [click on team member] > Advanced > Google Calendar Sync
When starting the sync, make sure that all permissions are checked (checkbox):
How will it look on my Google Calendar?
Your bookings from Sesami will appear as a separate calendar on your "master calendar" view on Google.
- Appointments are "view-only"
- Cancellation and rescheduling must be made through the Sesami app
Important things to consider!

Each team member needs to be connected to a unique email address.
You can't sync the same email to 2 or more team members. -
If you want to Block the availability in Sesami App:

The event should be added to the Primary Calendar, which is under "My calendar"
- All events created under "Other Calendars" won't sync in Sesami App.
- All events created under "Other Calendars" won't sync in Sesami App.

Mark the event as "Busy"

Our Google Calendar sync will ONLY synchronize events in the present and the future.
Bookings in your calendar that have happened in the past will not be synchronized, and past dates are automatically unavailable.

Two-way synchronization
Calendar ownership: Sesami owns the Sesami calendar, and Google owns the Google calendar; each entity can "edit" its events
2-way sync: Each calendar will read and display the other calendar's events, meaning that Sesami events will be displayed on Google, and Google events will be displayed on Sesami (And blocks availability)

Sharing calendars from other accounts (your co-worker or master calendar)
Only your Google account calendar will be synced with your Sesami calendar. It is possible to have appointments synchronized in a Master Calendar or synchronized with another team's calendar.
Before proceeding with the steps, here is an important note!
Sesami can track all information sent from Sesami to the team's Google Calendar, but we can't keep track of everything that happens after that. Having that, our support would be limited.-

Using Google Calendar and Zapier to synchronize the calendars.
You will have each store's team members connect with Google calendars to Sesami
For each team, have Zapier copy the events from the Sesami Calendar to the other accounts' "Primary" calendar.
