Only for Medium, Pro, and Premium plans
You can enable cancellation and rescheduling for your clients by navigating to:
- Services > [click on a service] > Cancellation and Rescheduling
You will have the following options:
- Allow customers to cancel their appointments
- Allow customers to reschedule their appointments
- Number of hours customers can manage their appointment before the start time
- Automatically refund money on cancellation.
Your clients will be able to cancel or reschedule appointments in their confirmation booking email.
The client can reschedule 6 times. After that, they will see only the cancellation option. If the customer needs to reschedule again, the Store Admin can reschedule on their behalf.
