Important note:
All changes to the bookings must be done in Sesami.
Doing it through the Shopify order will invalidate the booking.
To Cancel and Refund an Appointment for a Client
- Click on the Calendar tab.
- Find the appointment you want to cancel and click on it.
- Click on Cancel appointment
- If you want to Refund the amount paid, make sure to tick the checkbox and then click on Confirm.
That's it! The appointment is now canceled on your calendar.
To Reschedule an Appointment for a Client
To Reassign to another team member
The process for rescheduling an appointment is nearly the same as for canceling.
- Click on the Calendar tab.
- find the appointment you want to cancel and click on it. A pop-up such as below should appear.
- click on Reschedule / Reassign.
- The pop-up for rescheduling appears.
- Select the new appointment date (and/or team member) and click on Reschedule Appointment on the top right of the screen.
That's it! The appointment has now been rescheduled on your calendar.

Once an appointment is rescheduled, you can track the changes by accessing the "Events"
