Manual Booking for Customers

Now, when creating a manual booking for the customer; the Shopify Draft order and Orders are optional.

1. Book an Appointment without a Shopify order.
2. Book and Create a Draft Order
   - adjust taxes, add discounts, and add items to the order before sending the invoice.
3. Book and Create a Shopify Order.
   - payment capture can happen by entering the card manually or the invoice paid, manually marked as pending, or paid
   
   Draft and Order can also be captured in POS > Bookings Without Orders on Shopify and POS

Before you start! If it is a new Customer, make sure to create the Customer profile first!

In the Sesami app, navigate to:

Sesami > Calendar > Book  OR
Sesami > Services > [ choose the service ] > Book

Booking an appointment:

From here, all you have to do is select the required options:

1. select Service

2. choose the Duration Variant

3. select quantity (if any)

4. choose the Team member

5. choose a day and time

6. add the Customer's name

7. click "Confirm"
   Once you click "Confirm", the Appointment is created.

   Creating a Shopify Draft/Order

8. click "Create draft order" --if you want to add a discount or add another item to the order
   *A Shopify Draft order was created!
   

9. or, with another click, you can "Complete draft order" if you don't need to change anything in the order.
   *A Shopify Order was created!
   

10. Then you can "View Order".
